AKC Registered/Embark Cleared

At English Bench Elkhounds we breed Elkhounds out of love of the breed and the belief that everyone should experience the joy and Elkhound brings to it's family. 

We are dedicated to breeding dogs that are not only healthy and happy but also reflect the unique personality and character of the Elkhound.  

Our dogs are AKC registered.

Our dogs are not registered with  OFA .  We collected the DNA samples for each of our dogs (as opposed to having our veterinarian collect) nor are our dogs microchipped.  (We live 20 miles away from any major towns and don't anticipate having any problems keeping track of them). We do intend to continue to monitor our dogs according to OFA recommendations and intend to meet their standards.

Our Dam is 40lbs and our Sire is 46lbs.
